Airbus Chooses Salesforce Einstein

Airbus, one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world, with over 130,000 employees, recently announced they have chosen to implement Salesforce Einstein across both the Sales and Service clouds, to help deliver predictive and personalized customer experiences. Alex Dayon, President and Chief Product Officer, Salesforce said:”Airbus is a terrific example of a company that’s putting the customer in the center of everything.”

Houston, TX – Basecamp for Service: July 13, 2017, 1:30pm to 6:00pm, featuring Kerry Bodine, co-author of Outside In: The Power of Putting Customer at the Center of Your Business

Seattle, WA – Basecamp for Marketing: July 13, 2017, 1:30pm to 6:00pm, featuring Senior Director, Digital Marketing Insight  Joel Book.

San Diego, CA – Basecamp for Service: July 18, 2017, 1:30pm to 6:00pm, featuring Kerry Bodine, co-author of Outside In: The Power of Putting Customer at the Center of Your Business

Cleveland, OH: July 19, 2017, 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Speakers have not yet been announced.

Forcelandia

Forcelandia, a community led Developer event comes to McMenamin’s Kennedy School in Portland, OR on August 2 & 3, 2017. Forcelandia claims to be a mix of APIs and IPAs and in keeping with their “keep Code Weird” mantra, the venue is a former elementary school converted to a hotel, bar and restaurant. Forcelandia has a rock solid line up of speakers that should make any developer or developer- want-to-be drool with excitement!

Midwest Dreamin’

Midwest Dreamin’, known as the pioneer of all the Dreamin’ community-led events, returns to Chicago, IL for its fourth year in a row on August 10 & 11, 2017. Midwest Dreamin’ has a killer lineup of breakout sessions with speakers from all over the community that should appeal to Admins, End Users, Developers and Nonprofits. And if you are looking for a big name keynote speaker, Peter Coffee is coming back to Midwest Dreamin’!
